New York State recently created a workplace sexual harassment help line. Workers can call 1-800-HARASS-3 to file complaints and get assistance from professionals.
Lawyers experienced in sexual harassment claims are available to help any callers for free. The hotline is staffed weekdays from 9am to 5pm.
If you’re not already, you should make sure that you are providing anti-harassment seminars and complaint procedures for your employees.
Failing to do so could leave you in a heap of trouble.
