When Cameron isn't helping Baron Payroll clients, there's a good chance you'll find him working on his farm, spending quality time with his wife and children, or pushing his limits through running and CrossFit. And when we say pushing his limits, we mean it! Cameron recently completed an incredible 40-mile ultramarathon and already has his sights set on conquering a 50-mile race!

Whether he's tending to the farm, enjoying family time, or tackling his next endurance challenge, Cameron brings the same determination, discipline, and enthusiasm to everything he does. He believes that hard work, perseverance, and a willingness to go the extra mile really do make a difference.

That philosophy carries over into his role as Director of Client Success at Baron Payroll. Cameron takes pride in making complicated things simple and helping business owners feel confident that their payroll is in good hands. Naturally curious and exceptionally organized, he enjoys understanding not just how things work, but why they work.

What he loves most about Baron is the genuine relationships the team builds with its clients. No endless hold times, no automated runaround, and no impersonal service centers — just real people who care.
