A graduate of dental school in Arizona and a licensed dentist, Jessica discovered she enjoyed the business side of dentistry more than practicing it. Rather than opening her own dental practice, she brought her entrepreneurial spirit to Baron Payroll, where she manages payroll tax operations with precision, determination, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
But here's something you probably wouldn't guess: Jessica was once a professional stage magician! Trained by Las Vegas magicians, she performed shows featuring live doves, rabbits, dogs, goldfish, and other animals. Her talents even earned her invitations to perform at magic conventions as a young magician.
Her adventurous spirit took her around the world through Semester at Sea, visiting 15 countries, befriending Archbishop Desmond Tutu, participating in volunteer work in South Africa, and starting a balloon-twisting club that became one of the ship's most popular activities.
And her talents don't stop with magic. Trained by professional balloon artists worldwide, Jessica is an accomplished balloon sculptor who creates extraordinary, larger-than-life designs. At conventions, she works with teams of artists, sometimes through the night, transforming thousands of balloons into spectacular scenes. She also loves entertaining children at special events. But for Jessica, it's about more than balloons—it's about connecting with people, listening to their stories, sharing laughs, and making everyone feel special.
Today, Jessica lives in Houston, Texas, with her fiancé. She enjoys tennis, bike riding, traveling, and the beach, at which she's exceptionally skilled. Known for her quick wit, infectious humor, and larger-than-life personality, Jessica has a remarkable ability to make everyone laugh.
Managing payroll taxes across multiple states, changing regulations, and strict deadlines requires precision, preparation, and attention to detail. Interestingly, Jessica learned some of those skills onstage. Working with live animals and audience volunteers taught her that things don't always go according to plan. She learned to think on her feet, anticipate the unexpected, and always have a backup plan. Today, she brings that same discipline and resourcefulness to payroll taxes, where the stakes are much higher and there's no room for error.
After all, magic is about creating illusions and surprising an audience. Payroll taxes are just the opposite—no surprises, no illusions, just accuracy, compliance, and on-time filings. And that's a responsibility Jessica takes very seriously, every single day.
