Rachel is a people person through and through! When she's not working, you'll find her spending time with family, exploring new places, experimenting in the kitchen, or indulging in one of her favorite pastimes — shopping! She loves discovering new things, meeting interesting people, and learning about different cultures.

Fluent in both English and Spanish, Rachel has a natural gift for connecting with people — and an even greater gift for listening. She's outgoing, curious, and genuinely interested in what makes people tick. While some people love to do all the talking, Rachel knows that the most meaningful conversations start with listening. She loves hearing people's stories, understanding their challenges, and discovering what matters most to them.

At Baron Payroll, Rachel is helping lead an exciting initiative to bring our payroll services and expertise to Spanish-speaking business owners. She understands that running a business is challenging enough without having to navigate complicated payroll and employment regulations in a language that may not be your first. Rachel is passionate about making these services more accessible, helping business owners feel understood, supported, and confident in the decisions they make.

One area she's especially focused on is helping businesses understand their payroll responsibilities when employing workers with Individual Taxpayer Identification Numbers (ITINs). Her ability to communicate comfortably in both languages, combined with her genuine interest in people, helps bridge the gap between complicated regulations and practical solutions.

What Rachel finds most rewarding is helping business owners discover what they don't know — before it becomes an expensive problem. Too often, business owners learn about payroll or labor law requirements only after something goes wrong. A surprise Department of Labor investigation, an unexpected penalty, or a costly compliance mistake can turn into a serious headache. Rachel believes that "I didn't know" shouldn't be the reason a hardworking business owner gets into trouble. She's passionate about connecting clients with the knowledge, resources, and guidance they need to help protect the businesses they've worked so hard to build.

Rachel believes that the best conversations don't begin with a sales pitch — they begin with someone who genuinely cares enough to listen. Whether she's speaking English or Spanish, her goal is always the same: make people feel heard, understood, and confident that someone is looking out for them. And for Rachel, there's nothing more rewarding than turning a conversation into a relationship that makes a real difference.
